How does Bond Touch work?
Bond Touch is a pair of bracelets that close the distance between loved ones. When you touch your bracelet, your partner feels a gentle vibration and sees their bracelet light up in your chosen color.
Does the app need to be open for the bracelet to work?
The Bond Touch app must run in the background of your smartphone and be connected via Bluetooth for the bracelets to transmit touches successfully.
Is there a distance limit between the two bracelets?
No, there is no distance limit. As long as both partners have an active internet connection on their smartphones and are synced with their bracelets, you can send touches from anywhere in the world.
Are Bond Touch bracelets waterproof?
Bond Touch modules are water-resistant up to 3 feet (1 meter) for 30 minutes, making them safe for daily activities like washing hands or light rain.
How long does the battery last?
A full charge typically lasts up to 4 days depending on usage frequency. We recommend charging for approximately 3 hours for a full cycle.
Can I connect more than two bracelets together?
Standard Bond Touch sets are designed for pairs. However, our Bond Touch More bracelets allow you to create a group and connect with up to 3 additional people.
